Help improve care for cutaneous porphyria and advance understanding of what it’s really like to live with rare disease by taking part in this important survey.

All data will be collected anonymously and stored in a secure password computer, with only the lead researcher having access to it. No identifying information will be collected. Participation is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

TELL US ABOUT LIVING WITH A LONG-TERM CONDITION

Researchers at King’s College London are carrying out a study to understand people’s experiences and emotional difficulties when living with a long-term condition.

To take part, participants must:

  • Have an email address
  • Be 18 and over
  • Be based in the UK
  • Have a long-term health condition, e.g. porphyria, asthma, diabetes, heart disease.
