If you can’t see the whole page and don’t want to use the scroll bars, with most browsers you can reduce the size by holding down the Ctrl key, and pressing the – (minus) key; or you can use the view menu zoom.
If the text is too small, then to make it larger, use Ctrl and + key, or the file menu / zoom.
